WE ARE A MIXED BILLING PRACTICE - ONLY CONCESSION CARD HOLDERS AND CHILDREN UNDER 16 with a Medicare card WILL BE BULK BILLED*** Please call for all phone consults, immunisation/injection appointments *****ONLY ONE CONDITION MAY BE DISCUSSED PER STANDARD APPOINTMENT**CANCELATION FEE: $20.00 (or $40 for long appointments) for anyone who misses their appointment without giving sufficient notice. We require a minimum of 2 hours notice of cancellation.
