I love Valentine’s Day!

im going to say both. I’ve tried the frozen vibrator- it turned out to be a scene from dumb and dumber. And food- i had smoothed strawberries and off cream in my carpet. I had to get it professionally cleaned to sort it out.

I just had a read of your bio, and noticed this was a particular area of interest for you. Is there a particular area of mental health and sex that you find most interesting?

As for sharing my experiences with you. 
It can be tricky, and I relate to what @ElleBelle says about it effecting your libido and the importance of communication. I can also see how it might be difficult for a partner who hasn’t had lived experience to empathise and understand and get frustrated or feel unwanted. It’s tricky to keep communication lines open and clear; but it’s a skill worth working on.

I wish I had learnt…..
How to read what my body really wanted, when it wanted and how it wanted. 
Being more in touch with these things has made me more empowered. It has also given me the ability to find my voice and speak up when I’m not comfortable or really giving 100% consent.

I’m a dedicated fan! Being able to have as much sex as I want, whenever I want is an important factor for me. 
I use a disabled toilet when I needed to wash it. You can use bepe sponges that are sterile, they aren’t a sea sponge- a purpose made sponge that’s pretty good to use.

Worried about getting them out @blithe? You can sew some string and that works fine- it’s just like a tampon.
