NSW Health Roadmap

This resource is a template that employers can use to help workers navigate local health services. It can be completed with workers during onboarding or filled out before workers arrive. Some employers also choose to display the completed resource on staff noticeboards to provide workers with easy access to local health information.

PALM Worker Information Kits

These kits provide clear, practical information to help workers feel safe, healthy, and confident while living and working in Australia. The kit is made up of three easy-to-use guides which include information on navigating the Australian healthcare system, mental health, personal safety, healthy eating, consent, choosing a health service and much more.

This resource was developed by the NSW Health Multicultural HIV and Hepatitis Service in partnership with the NSW Council for Pacific Communities and the NSW STI Programs Unit.
