    Sometimes, thing can get a bit much and I just find myself spiralling into stress. I try to talk to friends, practice mindfulness, or listen to music.

    How do you guys cope when you’re feeling stressed?


    Depends what type of stress, I either make a list, go for a run to clear my head or listen to relaxation music. There is some great relaxation music on Soundcloud I used to listen to that in the background when doing assignments


    I agree with @Curiosity, I like to arrange and prioritise things into a list, I also find exercise really helps, especially lifting weights, music or even just a good cup of tea and a hot bath. It just depends on why I’m stressed
