It’s Valentine’s Day National Condom Day! It’s no coincidence that Valentine’s Day and National Condom Day fall on the same day… but in terms of which one we’re celebrating, well, that’s a no brainer. Here at Play Safe, we’ll take any excuse to celebrate condoms, but today, on National Condom […]

Welcome to Play Safe, the discussion forum to talk about sex, safer sex and relationships. If you’re new here, please make sure you read the Community Guidelines, and then feel free to head over the the Introduce Yourself post and, well, introduce yourself!
Meet Nurse Nettie
If you have a question about STIs, safe sex or getting tested, you can ask our resident nurse, Nurse Nettie, by heading over to her Q & A section, Nurse Nettie. She’s here to help with any questions you might have about sexual health. No question is too awkward!
Meet the Mod Squad
There are some other people around here for you to meet too – the Mod Squad. They are the volunteers/party hosts who keep Play Safe humming along. They’ll help by welcoming you if you’re new to the community, or answering your questions in the other sections of the forum (Nurse Nettie answers all her questions herself though!). Like their name suggests, they are moderators, so sometimes they may request you to do something like change your post to make sure it fits in with our Community Guidelines – if they do, please play nice! If you are outside the guidelines, the Mod Squad do have the power to edit or even remove your posts if they’re not appropriate.
Sex Positive and LGBTQI friendly
We’re a sex positive and LGBTQI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex) friendly bunch here, and we are focused on people aged 16-29. If you’re under 16, you won’t be able to create an account here, sorry. But you’re free to look around, and come back when you’re 16 if you’d still like to join.
We look forward to chatting sex and relationships with you! Ready, set, go!
