Lower Mountains Family Practice is open Monday to Saturday to provide comprehensive coordinated healthcare services, promoting health and well-being as well as managing illness to the local community.

The doctors at our medical centre offer a range of services and special interests including child's health and immunisation, chronic disease managment, health assessments and preventive care for stages of life.
